InfiniteApps LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Gita AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.
Gita AI stores all user data locally on your device. This includes chat conversations, saved verses, chanting session history, reading progress, and your preferences. We do not collect or store this data on our servers.
AI Chat Messages: When you use Krishna AI Chat, your messages are sent to our AI service to generate responses. Messages are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Your chat history is saved only on your device.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data to improve the App, including features used and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Device Information: We collect basic device information (device type, operating system version) for app compatibility and debugging purposes.

The free tier of the App displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Subscribing to a paid plan removes all ads.
Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat using anonymous identifiers.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App removes all of it. No data remains on our servers. For more details, see our Data Deletion page.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
